| World at War M1919 Browning |
HistoryThe M1919 was an air-cooled development of the standard U.S. machine gun of World War I, the Browning M1917, as designed by John M. Browning. The weapon originally fired the .30-06 M1, and later the M2 ball cartridge contained in woven cloth or metallic link belts, feeding from left to right. MultiplayerDamage 90-130 (SP), 40 (MP) This gun has a relatively higher fire rate and higher damage than some of the other machine guns. If wielded correctly this gun is very effective at long and mid range combat and somewhat decent in close quarters. Its main flaws are its long reload time and awful hip aim accuracy. It has a good rate of fire, but also high recoil to go with that.
