The Stielhandgranate's accuracy is low because you must throw it and the enemy could avoid it easily. The rate of throwing the hand grenade was low because you couldn't just pull a pin and throw it. Luckily the Stielhandgranate's power is high and each Nazi soldier has usually 1-3 of the Stielhandgranate so the grenade's dependability was high.
